I was a teenager and I had landed a job as a junior creative in the best agency in London. On my first day the legendary John Webster popped his head into our office (yes, we had an office and its something we need to bring back) and asked if we wanted to work on John Smith’s. Six months later we were in D&AD. What a start to one’s career.
